Purchase this service for a Pro3 camera that you currently own
MatterGuard Accident Protection: In order to purchase this service you will need to send your Pro3 in for inspection, cleaning and recalibration. Cleaning and recalibration is included with this service.
This program warranties your Matterport Pro3 camera against “accidental damage” and defects for one full year from the date the invoice is paid. If the camera gets dropped or otherwise damaged during normal usage or if it stops functioning correctly, we will repair or replace it. This warranty does not cover incidents of loss, theft, fire, natural disasters or abuse. There is a limit of two claims per year per camera covered.
