MatterGuard Total Protection: In order to purchase this service you will need to send your Pro3 in for inspection, cleaning and recalibration. Cleaning and recalibration is included with this service. If the camera is damaged or not working properly, the camera will have to be repaired prior to the MatterGuard Total Protection Plan being implemented.
We will warranty up to two instances of physical damage to the camera for 1 year. We will replace the usual 1 year defect warranty for the parts that we install, with a 1 year defect warranty for the entire camera. Physical damage will void the 1 year defect warranty, but you will still have the two instances of drop protection for the year. This extended warranty must be purchased at the same time as the camera repair. We will replace all parts of the camera that are not functioning properly, cracked, and bent on two separate occasions. We will not replace parts that only contain cosmetic scratches, scuffs, or scrapes. This does not cover lost or stolen cameras. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and import fees, export fees, taxes, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, etc. MatterFix will invoice the customer for any import fees that we get billed for.
