These cameras are in great condition with cosmetic scratches on the outside of the camera that do not affect he functionality. Our Certified Pre-Owned Matterport Cameras have undergone an extensive "25 Point Quality Assurance Inspection" and are ready to be put to use! All of these cameras come with a ONE YEAR WARRANTY and a "14 Day Satisfaction Guarantee"...if you are not happy with your purchase, for any reason, return it within 14 days for a full refund!

WARRANTY:

All used Matterport Pro2 MC250 cameras that we sell have a 1 year warranty against defects. Used AC/DC Switching Adapters and power cables are warrantied for 90 days against defects. The warranty begins on the day that the camera is delivered to you. If any part develops a defect in the functionality, we will repair or replace that part under warranty. This warranty is voided if the camera has any physical damage or liquid damage. MatterFix is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.

The camera has a 14 day exchange/refund period. This 14 day period begins on the day that the customer receives the camera. The customer may exchange the camera towards a different camera or item. The customer may return the camera for a refund of the purchase price. The customer pays for the return shipping costs.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when shipping the camera to MatterFix. If the camera is being exchanged with another item, or if a warranty repair was performed, MatterFix will pay for the shipping to the customer (USA customers only). If the customer is located outside of the USA, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs when shipping to the customer. Customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping their camera to and from the USA. These may include shipping costs, import fees, export fees, taxes, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, etc. MatterFix will invoice the customer for any import fees that we get billed for.

Our 25 Point Quality Inspection Includes the Following:

Check for proper charging of batteries

Power up to check for error codes

Check LCD panel for “burn-in”

Power up and visually check for smooth rotation

Listen for excessive fan noise

Perform laser test for accuracy of rotation

Inspect images in capture app to check for misalignments

Test wifi signal for strength and speed of transfer

Disassemble camera and:

● Check housing pieces for damage and correct fit

● Inspect sensor array for dust behind lens

● Check chassis for bends or damage - replace if needed

● Remove sensor support rods and check for straightness

● Inspect e-carrier plate for bends

● Inspect clutch and stepper motor - replace if needed

● Adjust clutch nut to proper torque settings

● Adjust stepper motor tension or replace bumper tension as needed

● Replace internal fans - if needed

● Add battery protection pads if needed

● Re-strap batteries

● Apply USB retention strips

Replace any damaged housing pieces and reassemble camera

Complete several scans to verify smooth rotation and transfer times

Verify proper rotation with laser test

Set camera on auto-scan machine and perform 75 sweeps (check for errors etc)

Clean camera and pack for shipment
