If you are located outside of the 50 USA states or D.C., please email us info@matterfix.io. We can then email you a sales invoice through our payment processor Wave. You will be responsible for all shipping costs, import and export taxes and fees, and a 3% international payment processing fee.
Warranty:
All new Matterport Pro3 MC300 cameras that we sell have a 2 year warranty against defects. New batteries, tripod mounts and charging kits have a 1 year warranty against defects. The warranty begins on the day that the camera is delivered to you. If any part or accessory develops a defect in the functionality, we will repair or replace that part or accessory under warranty. This warranty is voided if the camera or accessory has any physical damage or liquid damage. MatterFix is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.
The camera has a 14 day exchange/refund period. This 14 day period begins on the day that the customer receives the camera. The customer may exchange the camera towards a different camera or item. The customer may return the camera for a refund of the purchase price. The customer pays for the shipping costs associated with shipping the camera to MatterFix to be exchanged or refunded.
MatterFix will provide the customer with a UPS Ground shipping label free of charge to ship their camera or accessory to MatterFix for all warranty repairs (USA customers only). Once we receive the camera or accessory, if we determine that it has been physically damaged, thus voiding our 2 year camera warranty or 1 year accessory warranty, we will add the shipping label cost to the customer’s repair invoice. If the camera or accessory is being exchanged with another item, or if a warranty repair was performed, MatterFix will pay for UPS Ground with signature confirmation shipping to the customer (USA customers only). If the warranty period has expired, or if the warranty has been voided, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
If the customer is located outside of the USA, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs when shipping to and from MatterFix. Customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping their camera to and from the USA. These may include shipping costs, import fees, export fees, taxes, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, etc. MatterFix will invoice the customer for any import fees that we get billed for.
