1 year warranty: new Pro3 battery
90 day warranty: new tripod, new tripod dolly, and new international plug adapters.
The warranty begins on the day that the item is delivered to you. If the item develops a defect in the functionality, we will repair or replace that item under warranty. This warranty is voided if the item has any physical damage or liquid damage. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when shipping the item to MatterFix. MatterFix will pay for the shipping costs when shipping to the customer if a warranty repair or replacement was performed (USA customers only). If the customer is located outside of the USA, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs when shipping to the customer. Customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping their camera to and from the USA. These may include shipping costs, import fees, export fees, taxes, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, etc. MatterFix will invoice the customer for any import fees that we get billed for.
