If you have the Matterport Pro3 Basic Kit, or if you are purchasing a Matterport Pro3 Basic Kit, these accessories will give you all of the additional items that you would find in the Matterport Pro3 Performance Kit.

Pre-owned tripod dolly
New Matterport backpack for Pro3 cameras
Pre-owned Matterport brand hard plastic case for Pro3 cameras (Please inform us which carrry bag that you use. The older smaller carry bag, or the newer larger carry bag that has space for a battery and tripod mount. This will determine which hard case that you receive).
Pre-owned Matterport Pro3 Battery. Quantity = 1

Free UPS Ground with signature confirmation shipping within the 48 contiguous USA states and D.C.
If you are located in Hawaii or Alaska, please email us at info@matterfix.io. We will email you the invoice through our payment processor Wave. You will be responsible for the shipping cost.
If you are located outside of the 50 USA states or D.C., please email us info@matterfix.io. We can then email you a sales invoice through our payment processor Wave. You will be responsible for all shipping costs, import and export taxes and fees, and a 3% international payment processing fee.
WARRANTY
New accessories have a 1 year warranty against defects. The warranty begins on the day that the accessory is delivered to you. If it develops a defect in the functionality, we will repair or replace the accessory under warranty. This warranty is voided if the accessory has any physical damage or liquid damage. MatterFix is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping.
MatterFix will provide the customer with a UPS Ground shipping label free of charge to ship their accessory to MatterFix for all warranty repairs or exchanges (USA customers only). Once we receive the accessory, if we determine that it has been physically damaged, thus voiding our 1 year accessory warranty, we will add the shipping label cost to the customer’s invoice. If a warranty repair or exchange was performed, MatterFix will pay for UPS Ground shipping to the customer (USA customers only). If the warranty period has expired, or if the warranty has been voided, the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs.
If the customer is located outside of the USA, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs when shipping to and from MatterFix. Customers are responsible for all fees associated with shipping their tripod mount to and from the USA. These may include shipping costs, import fees, export fees, taxes, duties, tariffs, brokerage fees, etc. MatterFix will invoice the customer for any import fees that we get billed for.
